Services

We create floral arrangements and produce premium-quality events—custom-designed and aligned with the aesthetics and needs of each client. Every proposal is exclusive and developed specifically for each occasion.

Reservations & Payments

Your event date is secured once the service is confirmed and the corresponding payment has been received.
The full balance must be paid prior to the execution of the event.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the personalized and premium nature of our services, all sales are final.
No cancellations or refunds are issued once the service has been confirmed.

Changes

Any adjustments will be evaluated based on availability and may entail additional costs, while always maintaining our quality standards.

Flowers & Materials

We work with fresh flowers and carefully selected materials. As these are natural products, slight variations may occur. When necessary, we make substitutions while maintaining the aesthetic standard and premium quality of the design.

Execution

Each project is planned with precision to ensure flawless execution. However, we are not responsible for situations beyond our control that may affect the execution of the event.
