Local Deliveries

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination address within the Houston area and surrounding zones.

Delivery Time Requests

While we strive to accommodate preferred delivery windows, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to variables such as traffic, weather, and logistics.
You may request a preferred timeframe in the special instructions section at checkout, and our team will make every reasonable effort to fulfill it.
For time-sensitive or high-priority deliveries, we recommend contacting our team directly for personalized coordination.

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
We will attempt to contact you using the information provided
If unreachable, we may leave the arrangement in a secure and shaded location, with a concierge, front desk, or trusted neighbor
Alternatively, we may reschedule delivery when necessary
Bloom Studio is not responsible for product condition once delivery has been completed under these circumstances.

To ensure a seamless experience, Bloom Studio may contact the recipient to confirm availability or delivery details, unless otherwise specified in your order instructions.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or event date.
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our work, cancellations outside this window may not be eligible for refund.

Returns & Exchanges

All Bloom Studio sales are final.
As a provider of premium floral arrangements and custom event designs, our products are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions.
Exceptions apply only in the case of a defective or damaged product:
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
A clear photo of the arrangement must be provided
Requests will be evaluated and resolved at our discretion
